点评:Not worth it.
There's a toll road (20 EUR) to the cable car station. If you're going up to the top with the cable cars they must validate your road ticket, otherwise you'll have to pay when exiting.
If you made an reservation on the website and have the summer card you just go right in to the cable car building and wait for the staff to direct you by the gates. Otherwise there's a ticket office outside. There's not much information, and especially not in English.
There are toilets both in the cable car building and on the top.
We went on a rainy day with literally no view. It's probably breathtaking on a clear day, but also crowded. There's not much room on the top and you'll have to pay 10 EUR each for the bridge, icepalace and "bridge to nothing" (same price regardless of the weather). Entering the icepalace equals going back, so make sure you're finished with the rest before going in there. The ice sculptures in the Palace are pretty cool (pun intended).
We just had some cake at the restaurant on the top. Not worth it.
We were less than 20 people at the destination at the time and you would think the staff would be friendly, but unfortunately the majority were not. There's all sorts of construction going on and you felt like you were in their way. No signs or directions on where to go except one sign by the restaurant. Even at the diner the staff felt bothered we were there. They were vacuuming around our chairs and under the table while we ate.
We were thinking of going back on a clear day but after this experience we will not.
You can bring your dog for 6 EUR (pay in ticket office) but be aware that they are not allowed to go with you to the bridge/icepalace. Dogs allowed only on a lead and wearing a muzzle (muzzle only in cable car, approx 8 minutes). Muzzles can be bought at the ticket office for 9.50 EUR.
Overall experience: Nice to be up on 3000 metres, probably breathtaking on a clear day. Not wery friendly staff, seemed bothered that we were there and overall annoyed that we didn't know where to go or how things worked. Felt like a construction site.
