点评:Have been using services of K k travels for commute between Pune and Mumbai airport, for the past 20 years or so. Past experiences have been trustworthy, reliable and professional. Today, however, I along with 3 other passengers with whom I shared a cab, were highly disappointed with their service for following reasons: 1. Driver did not contact any of us to inform a rough estimate of pickup time despite repeated requests. 2. Driver asked all passengers to be ready for pickup at 5am promising pick up between 5 & 6am. I was the last pick up and ended up being picked at 6:40am.
3. Driver was rude and when one of the fellow passengers who is 75 years of age, requested help with carrying the luggage from the apartment to the cab, he bluntly refused, advising that that was not his job to do so.
4. He stopped at a food mall on our way for snacks, tea and use of washroom. He however, was grumpy and extremely impatient while we were waiting in the queue to use the facilities.
5. He dropped us at the airport two lanes further, where there were no porters and no trolleys. We were all elderly women and expected a little courtesy and good mannerisms. He did not offer any kind of help at all and was only interested in collecting his cab charges of Rs 1500 pp.
6. I would suggest K K travels team need to retrain their staff, before the company starts losing its reputation and customers to other players in the market.
