A Spectacular Sydney Sailing Experience – Highly Recommended!

点评：We had an absolutely unforgettable time on the 90-minute Try Sailing experience with Sydney by Sail in June 2025. Departing from the Maritime Museum, conveniently located at Pyrmont Bay Wharf, the outing was seamless from start to finish.
Our skipper Will was a standout — personable, relaxed, and despite his youth, clearly a highly skilled and confident sailor and instructor. He struck the perfect balance between guiding and giving us space to enjoy the experience.
My husband, who has plenty of (albeit somewhat rusty!) sailing experience, was thrilled to be invited to take the helm and even steered us under the Harbour Bridge on a truly stunning Sydney day — a moment he'll never forget. I went for a more relaxed role and was delegated the task of winding the rope to furl and unfurl the headsail.
You could do as much or as little as you liked, making it suitable for all confidence levels. My husband was on cloud nine afterward, and we were both so appreciative of the chance to experience the Harbour in such a unique and personal way.
Huge thanks to Will and the team at Sydney by Sail — we can’t recommend this enough for locals and visitors alike!
