Black Chalk Wine的点评
点评：My husband and I searched high and low for a suitable venue for a simple 70th birthday celebration for about 25 people. The venue had to be near Stockbridge, an area not known to either of us. I would really recommend Black Chalk. The staff were delightful. Coped completely unflappably with changes to numbers, with horrendous rain and with guests with a wide range of ages, physical abilities and dietary likes and dislikes.
The guests loved the sharing plates, and that not only very good wine, but also good coffees and teas were available too, kept everyone happy.
There is masses of easy parking and a short visit to the winery added an interest and gave everyone an appetite! The place was just the right temperature and the loo’s are exemplary.
If I was doing this again I would not assume that all our guests could use a SATNAV…but that was my error not Black Chalk’!
