Underwhelming slow and frogetfull staff

点评：Well where to start really, so I arrived here and all seemed good staff were polite and friendly so I went to order a drink for me my wife and children to be informed that they don't have coffee that doesn't come out of a machine this isn't usually a problem but when you have a milk allergy these machines can't guarantee no milk so then she had to make do with hot water and the lady behind the till said she would bring them over with that it was taken to the wrong table and when it did eventually arrive it was in a dirty cup! I then went and ordered my food and my child's food and a drink and asked if it could come out at the same time as everyone's on are table but then all the food come out but mine so I sat for 15 minutes but it still didn't come so unless I'm unaware I was under the impression you order your food and it gets brought to you at your table but this didn't happen I had to go and ask for my food then wait a further 10 minutes for it to arrive to have then realised that the drink I ordered for my child hadn't arrived either and had to go and ask for that to but other than that it's an ok place to go
