格雷沙姆宫的点评
点评：My spouse and I stayed for three nights in mid-July 2025.
Every aspect for outstanding. The hotel arranged our airport transfers and stayed in touch with us (in addition to the driver staying in touch) until we were picked up. My husband arrived earlier than I did and experienced a smooth transfer to the hotel and easy check-in. He appreciated the restaurant recommendation, too. My flight arrived late but the driver and I stayed in touch and despite the late hour, I had no issues meeting the driver at the curb or with my ride to the hotel.
The bellman were welcoming and professional at every interaction. Upon my arrival, I was able to get my key and easily found room.
I selected the Danube River View room as it was our first time in Budapest and it was well worth it. The views throughout the day across the Chain Bridge to the Buda side were incredible.
The breakfast was absolutely perfect. As we booked through AmexTravel, breakfast was included with our room and between the buffet and being able to order an item or two from the a la carte menu, we were very satisfied with both the quality and variety. We also dined at Kollazs one night and it was delicious, fresh and the service was outstanding.
The concierge was able to book a tour of the Jewish district for us and our guide Vanessa was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing all her insights about the city. Vanessa also highlighted the mini statues around town. It's like where's Waldo and with meaning. :) Highly recommend a walking tour.
Despite opening in 2004, the hotel is meticulously maintained and housekeeping and team do an amazing job keeping everything tip top. My husband was stunned when we noticed when the hotel had opened because it could just as easily have opened a year ago.
Highly recommend this hotel for its convenient, beautiful location, outstanding property and professional and friendly staff. You cannot miss if you stay at the FS Gresham Palace.
