点评:I went to this park with my family twice in a week’s time. We are a family of 15, 16, and two 5 year olds. There are life jackets for the kiddies, it’s quite safe. There are also food and drinks inside, and lots of places to sit, in the sun or shade. There are smaller attractions for smaller kids as well, such as their own splash pool with a few small slides, and of course bigger slides (with more thrill) for teens.
However, most of the lifeguards are teenagers working their summer jobs, who don’t seem to have experience in help. (You could be drowning with a kid in your arms and they wouldn’t notice). The second time we were there, some of the slides were closed (unknown reason).
PS : And make sure to go on a warm day without wind, because our fun was spoiled because of the cold.
But overall, it’s a very fun place to spend the day, and afterwards you could always go get a little something at the seasonal food stands (like a cone pizza).
It was ZAR200 per person, no matter the age, for a full day pass (where you can come and go as you please, so you could always go to the beach meanwhile).
