点评：Couple things. While it's nice to have somewhere "local" to go for summer activities, funplex is a huge rip off. There is no reason adults should have to pay full price if we only plan to SUPERVISE our kids. Feels like funplex takes advantage here. Also not the best customer service. My daughter and her friend, both their wrist bands wouldn't scan their credits, and/or they scanned on a game that wasn't working (ie 2 player games, one machine down), and went I mentioned this, the staff acted like they didn't believe us. Why would I WASTE MY TIME just for free credits. No, I want what we paid for. They took so long to "look into it" that we just left after I spent extra money putting my own credits onto a card.
I think funplex should treat customers better, offer a discounted price for parents who are NOT participating in any of the games or water park, and I think there should also be discounted prices for people who only plan to do arcades and water park and aren't doing things like gokarts or bowling.
