Unexpectedly pleasant

点评：I was kind of dreading this trip, but it was the easiest way to get from Lunenburg to Acadia. It turns out it was a really nice experience! The crew were very organized getting all the cars into the ferry and were all pleasant and helpful the entire trip. We got espresso drinks and croissants (very, very, very long wait because everyone mobbed the counter at the start of the trip). Pleasantly surprised with the food and drinks. There was plenty of seating in all areas of the ferry, and it wasn't full so it didn't feel crowded. We sat on the back deck for awhile, which wasn't too cold since it was a nice day and the deck is somewhat protected from the wind. There was a singer in the front of the ship but we stayed in the back lounge as it was less crowded. Very comfortable, no seasickness. (It was a calm day, so I can't comment on how bad it might be in windier weather.) Moved to the front to watch Bar Harbor coming at us. All in all, it was pleasant and relaxing. Customs was breeze. I would definitely do this again.
