点评：This is for the course management - the course itself was stunning and pristine. BUT our first reaction was an F- thanks to the lady at check in who was not only rude, she would not let us pay until 40 minutes before our tee time. We were a 4some, two of which were renting clubs, and had never been here before. She wouldn't even let us practice... And she seemed miserable. This was our "welcome to spending $1,200 at our course" so yeah - short hair lady in front... THEN, the starter was a completely incompetent. We now have 30 min to warm up and rent clubs - we pick our clubs after standing around for 10 minutes, then I have to ask for them to be put on a cart - which he does - only to then TAKE THEM OFF for a tee time AFTER OURS. We are now down to 20 minutes. Our tee time is 10:50 and the carts at 11:10 are being loaded with clubs onto the cart that originally had ours. I finally start saying what the hell is going on - and someone else finally jumps in and puts them on a cart and gives us zero guidance or info... we have no idea where to go, where the range is, the first tee, the pins... for $1,200 this place is run by some idiots who are terrible at their job. Not the way to start a round that cost that much money. Shame too bc the course was incredible - but it took us a few holes to get our rhythm since we were rushed and had 10 min to practice and just really threw off the whole vibe. Course A+, Mgmt F-. Also NO DRINKING WATER on course except 2 little bottles they give you.
