Great Experience with Alpine Chat Adventure

点评：We booked an 8-day safari with Alpine Chat Adventure, and overall, we had a very good experience. The communication with Erick during the planning stage was smooth and helpful. He patiently answered all of our questions, including many that weren’t directly related to the safari but about our trip to Zanzibar afterwards, which we really appreciated.
The itinerary matched what we expected, and everything was organized as planned. Erick also stayed in touch with us during the safari, which was reassuring.
There was a mix-up with one of the accommodations — we were expecting a safari tent but were initially given a basic camping setup. Erick acknowledged the mistake and managed to resolve it, which we appreciated.
The chef who traveled with us was very kind and cooked great meals throughout the trip.
Overall, the trip went well and we’re glad we chose Alpine for our safari in Tanzania.
