Disgusting way to run a business - stay away

Arranged two trips before we came to Mauritius
Sunset cruise and a three island boat trip
They were very friendly and very helpful when we booked and paid them the deposits.
We paid 50% deposit for the sunset cruise and a deposit for the three island boat tour
We booked one evening and the next morning the woman at Beluga asked us to change our booking to the next day, which we couldn’t do because we already had plans so we asked to cancel which she did, I told her to keep the deposit and put towards the next boat trip that we were doing (for obvious reasons)
I ended up going on another boat trip before this one and ended up being very very sick. The company we booked with were amazing “papa’s dream” they got a speedboat out to the boat. Got me back to the river on that where there was a taxi waiting to take me back to the hotel could not have asked for a better service. Also refunded 3/4 of the money which they absolutely did not have to do and we did not expect
So obviously I cancelled my next boat trip with Beluga. I didn’t expect to get the deposit back for that boat trip. I never asked for it once but I did ask for the deposit back for the sunset cruise what they had messed us about with they point blankly refused to refund me and it was 50% of the tour m, there was four of us so it was well over £200. I have sent them numerous emails and Facebook posts where they have just slagged me off, the woman on the phone when I asked to cancel because I was sick was very very rude screaming at me down the phone, I couldn’t get a word in edgeways and I can shout.
I have since put a claim through pay pal and they so far have ignored them too.
So if you’re thinking about booking with Beluga tours DO NOT
I do not understand how one company can be so different to another, but they are absolutely awful. Stay away.

我已经通过PayPal申请了退款，但他们至今仍然置之不理。
所以，如果你正在考虑预订Beluga旅游公司，千万别去。
