Not a good spa experience.
Spa at Tankersley Manor的点评
点评：We booked as a group of three for a cream tea AM slot. I have to say that we were really looking forward to this as we are all local and thought it would be something we do more often. Checking in was great, staff were warm and welcoming. My friend and I both chose an addition 30min treatment. Our treatments were booked first so we could then relax and enjoy the spa facilities. The neck massage was just okay, it felt odd to be on our back for the whole time for and just didn't feel as relaxing. The scalp massage was not great, the whole hair tugging to relax I guess was okay to start and then just hurt a bit. The whole massage experience was not great and finished a bit earlier than the 45mins I paid for. When we all finished our treatments, we then could not find any loungers available as by then quite a few more people had arrived. We sat in the chairs in the spa reception area which was very chilly. When I asked reception why it was so cold, her response was that the gentleman who worked there liked it cool. After a treatment and no loungers in the warm pool bit to relax, being cold I decided to order a coffee to warm up. For £3, this was an awful machine coffee. Being part of a hotel I would have thought the drinks would be better. We finally managed to get a lounger, a lot of other people there were complaining of the same issue. I think they over booked these spa treatments deals with little regard to customer satisfaction. On the plus side, the scone and tea in the hotel was really good. We will not be revisiting Tankersley Spa or recommending.
翻译：我们三人预订了上午的奶茶时段。不得不说，我们真的很期待，因为我们都是当地人，觉得以后会经常去。入住手续办理得很顺利，工作人员热情周到。我和我的朋友都选择了30分钟的额外护理。我们先预订了护理，这样之后就可以放松身心，享受水疗服务了。颈部按摩还行，但整个过程都仰卧着感觉很奇怪，而且不太放松。头皮按摩也不怎么样，需要拉扯头发才能放松，一开始还可以，但之后就有点疼了。整个按摩体验不太好，而且比我支付的45分钟结束得早了一点。当我们都完成护理后，却发现已经找不到躺椅了，因为那时已经来了不少人。我们坐在水疗中心接待处的椅子上，那里非常冷。我问接待处为什么这么冷，她回答说，在那里工作的那位先生喜欢凉爽。做完水疗后，温水泳池里没有躺椅，有点儿难受，我感觉有点冷，于是决定点杯咖啡暖暖身子。3英镑的咖啡机煮出来太难喝了。既然是酒店，我本来以为饮料会更好。我们好不容易弄到一张躺椅，那里的很多人都抱怨同样的问题。我觉得他们把水疗套餐订得太多了，根本没考虑顾客满意度。好的一面是，酒店的司康饼和茶真的很不错。我们不会再去坦克斯利水疗中心，也不会推荐其他酒店。
