Grizzle-T Dog & Sled Works的点评
点评：I scheduled a dog sledding tour with Grizzle-T one month in advance for my 5 year old son. I thought this experience would be a wonderful core memory for him, since we’re from Texas and he’s never seen snow. The owner canceled our tour the night before because she’d had other cancellations due to the winter storm in other parts of the country. She told me over the phone that she’d lose money if she only took out one sled. My son was utterly heartbroken over the cancellation, and we were left with no activities for our last day in Steamboat. This company clearly cares more about making a profit than making sure their clients have a special experience. They require you to cancel 72 hours in advance, but do not extend the client the same courtesy. They told us it was within their right to cancel due to weather related concerns, but the conditions were perfect in Steamboat. The weather concerns were in other parts of the country, which led to other groups canceling. There are two companies in Steamboat that offer dog-sledding, and I wish that I had used SLED BUDDYS instead!
