Poor quality holiday to Rhodes and aegean

点评：Worst holiday we have had with RSD.
Rhodes and aegean trip
Substandard hotels , poor quality food bland ,cold 'hot' food on cold plates.
Several of the hotels in first week were dangerous in places with trees coming through walls and causing slippy corridors.
Cultural trips were rushed and not enough time to see properly but lots of time spent at factories for leather,jewellery and carpets. Where you were hounded to buy items.
Courier was rude spent most of his commentary telling us about Turkish econemy and not enough on cultural sites and demanded money for tips which are at our discretion we were told to give it him at the same time as he collected 2nd week fees. We were abandoned by him on return to ferry because he told us he was going on holiday !
The second week was supposed to have been at a 5* hotel which it was most certainly not. The hotel was at best 2* , food cold not hot on cold plates and bland. Poor select on display.
Free drinks were watered down and bar was very small for number of people at hotel. Pools were very cold including indoor heated pool.
Cats everywhere restaurant, shops and deficated on grass outside our rooms where sun loungers were.
No evening entertainment. Beach was very rocky with rubbish everywhere.
The hotel was miles away from anywhere and there was only a shuttle bus provided 2 times to go into Rhodes city , so as we had elderly people in our group we were stuck at hotel the other days.
We were booked as a group of 8 because they could not allow us to book separately if we wanted to stay together at hotels and on coach.
Be aware if you book as a group you HAVE TO pay for extra week all inclusive and extra trip even if you don't want it.
We have been with RSD before and had very good experiences so this trip was not only a shock for us but has put us off booking anymore with them.
We would rather go with a company who care about their customers and how we are treated when we complained to them.

第二周我们本应住在一家五星级酒店，但事实并非如此。这家酒店最多也就是两星级酒店，食物冷而不热，盘子里装着冷食，而且味道寡淡。摆盘上的选择少之又少。酒店的免费饮料都是兑水的，酒吧空间狭小，客人不多。泳池水温很低，包括室内温水泳池。
餐厅、商店里到处都是猫，我们房间外的草地上甚至还有猫排泄物，而我们房间外本来有躺椅。
没有晚间娱乐活动。海滩岩石嶙峋，到处都是垃圾。
酒店离哪儿都很远，而且只有两班往返罗德市的班车，由于我们团里有老人，所以其他几天都只能待在酒店。
我们预订的是8人团，因为如果我们想一起住酒店和坐长途汽车，他们不允许我们分开预订。
请注意，如果您是团体预订，即使您不想要，也必须支付额外一周的全包费用和额外的旅行费用。
我们之前住过罗德市的旅行社，体验非常好，所以这次旅行不仅让我们感到震惊，也让我们不再预订他们的服务了。
我们宁愿选择一家关心客户、并且在我们向他们投诉时能够得到妥善处理的公司。
