Afro Divers Lodge. A hidden gem boutique hotel

点评：We spent a week at Afro Divers Lodge during the last week of July 2025, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for something special.
This boutique resort, recently opened and thoughtfully run by Michael, a Dutch dive instructor, and Carlotta, his French-Italian partner with an eye for style and hospitality, exceeded every expectation we had.
Our two kids completed their Open Water certification, while my wife and I enjoyed ten breathtaking dives across Pemba’s untouched reefs, some of the most stunning we’ve seen anywhere in the world.
The lodge itself is a real gem. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail reflecting care and taste. Mealtimes were a highlight too. The chef crafted delicious, locally sourced dishes that were full of flavor and elegantly presented.
We couldn’t have asked for a better diving holiday. Afro Divers Lodge is not just the best place to dive in Pemba, it’s an exceptional place to stay. If you’re looking for an authentic, personalized, and high-quality experience, we can’t recommend it highly enough.
