DreamWorks Water Park at American Dream的点评
点评：As an Operations Manager for a veterinary hospital, I pride myself and my team on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Unfortunately, my experience at DreamWorks Water Park fell far short of those standards.
Upon arrival, the staff appeared disorganized and unprofessional, which set a poor tone from the start. The pricing structure was confusing and not clearly explained at the time of booking. It wasn’t until we arrived that we learned the skybox rental does not include water park admission, which should have been made very clear in advance.
The skybox amenities were disappointing as well. The skybox for 8 guests includes only 2 towels, and the one for 16 guests only 4 towels — an unreasonable setup for the price. The skyboxes themselves were hot and stuffy, with only a ceiling fan for ventilation. When you hear “skybox,” you expect a comfortable, air-conditioned space, not this.
To make matters worse, the bathrooms and eating areas were dirty. I had to find a housekeeping staff member myself to clean ketchup and food off the floor and table just so my group had a clean place to sit. This should never be the guest’s responsibility.
Overall, the experience was overpriced, overhyped, and poorly managed. The park is smaller than expected, and the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and transparency made for a very disappointing visit.
