A big day, filled with beautiful scenery and an amazing guide!

点评：Our whole day trip to Dieng Plateau was incredible, made all the better by our guide, Vega. Vega made us feel welcome, comfortable and was a lovely, knowledgeable guide. He answered all of my (many and varied!) questions with a depth of knowledge and gave us many insights into the areas we visited, current and historical.
Although we drove long distances, Vega was such a brilliant guide we didn’t notice the distances as the scenery was worth every moment. Dieng Plateau and all that it offers is well worth the visit. A beautiful place. We visited ancient temples, one of which felt very special as we were the only people there. We visited the sulphur pits and the coloured lakes, then had a really delicious lunch together. A bonus was a visit to a tea plantation. Vega shared knowledge about all of these places and more (and gave us some excellent recommends for places - and food- to eat in Jogja) and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He made an interesting tour incredibly special. Thank you Vega!!
