Disappointing Initial Interaction with Holiday Treasure India

点评：I recently contacted Holiday Treasure India Pvt. Ltd. to inquire about an itinerary for an Andaman tour. Mr. Santosh was assigned to assist me. While I initially appreciated the proposed itinerary, I had some desired modifications.
Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn when I requested these changes. Mr. Santosh's response came across as rude, despite him claiming it was simply honesty. There's a clear distinction between honesty and rudeness. If the requested modifications weren't possible, there are many professional ways to communicate that.
Even considering the late hour (10:15 PM, as Mr. Santosh mentioned), professionalism should still be prioritized. It's important to note that other travel agencies I contacted were incredibly courteous and readily addressed all my questions, regardless of the time.
While I can't comment on Holiday Treasure's overall service because I didn't book with them, my initial experience with their communication was quite disappointing.
