点评：We were almost scammed out of $1,600. Booked and prepaid for an all-inclusive Nakuru & Naivasha safari (breakfast, lunch, park entries, boat & walking tour). On the day, our guide claimed the office never gave him the money and demanded we pay in cash again.
This turned into shouting between him and the office while we were stuck in the middle. We ended up skipping half the tour out of fear of being stranded. No lunch, no boat tour, no walking tour, just one park entry and a lot of stress.
Afterward, the company ignored all messages. No apology, no refund. Later, we found other reviews describing the exact same scam, same company, same guide.
Do yourself a favor: book with a reputable company or directly with a trusted local driver.
