Creole Travel Services的点评
点评：We booked with Creole Travel and were promised specific seats on the boat due to a known history of seasickness. This was clearly communicated in advance and because of this we were allowed to reserve seats in the most suitable area, outside with fresh air and a clear view of the horizon where seasickness is least likely to occur.
However, upon boarding, those agreed-upon seats were not given to us. Instead, we were forced to sit inside without any view, which made us extremely seasick. We were unable to enjoy the excursion at all and had to skip most of it because of how unwell we became.
To make matters worse, Creole Travel waited until we had left the resort before ignoring our concerns. Since then, they have been stringing us along with promises of a refund which has still not been received. I have now shared my experience with ING and started a formal dispute through their money back service.
Even if you do get what you paid for, the excursion is still overpriced as you spend the whole day rushing from one thing to the next with little time to enjoy anything.
Overall, a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend Creole Travel to anyone.
