点评:Need to pay for your car damage even it was damaged due to the mall's building problem. The T&Cs were unfair, everyone need to take responsibility when you choose to get in to the parking. I parked my car in Oasis and it was damaged due to the mall's water leaking building. However, the mall refused to take responsibility for the damage and asked me to claim my insurance (if you don't have car insurance than just have to pay by your own money). I believe that this is unacceptable. And the mall's attitude was indifferent, they did not do anything even apologize or follow up on my situation (especial the marketing manager who replying my email). I was inconvenienced and upset by this experience. Never go to again.
As I know, under the Australian Consumer Law, car park operators can’t make misleading claims or use unfair contract terms so I will contact office of fair trading to see if they can help.
