Threatened my minor son with police: When my teenage son returned the skis, staff threatened to call POLICE over the billing dispute. This is completely inappropriate - threatening a child over a civil billing matter is unprofessional and intimidating.3. Refused communication: Would not allow us to speak with management. Staff stated their boss "has no time" for customer concerns.Resolution:We paid the €200 and took the damaged skis for off-piste use (since we paid full "replacement" cost). But the treatment was unacceptable.Warning to families:
Take photos of ski condition BEFORE and AFTER rental
Be aware they charge high amounts without depreciation
Staff may be hostile if any issues arise
They threatened police action against our teenage son over a billing dispute
Final thoughts:Bad Kleinkirchheim has many excellent ski rental businesses. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. We will rent from other providers in future and recommend families do the same.We love Bad Kleinkirchheim and will continue visiting - just not this business.
