Total Waste of Time. Go with Another Company!

点评：We came to Fajardo for the sole purpose of going on this tour. We got a text message at 11:58 am saying that the bioluminescence was lower than normal (something they had to have known the night before) asking if we still wanted to go. I immediately responded that we would be there.
At the time of the event, we were sitting in our car waiting for them to open. Four other companies had groups preparing to head out. I sent a message asking why there was no one at the location. They said, “We told you at noon that it was canceled.” Something they definitely did not do.
We’d wasted a day of vacation for this tour, and they cancel without any notification. Given that the other companies were heading out, I suspect that their tour was not full and they canceled to save money!
