点评:I wanted to preface this that I am expecting to go in April 2026; however, I purchased this activity for my friends and me to enjoy after confirming everything. Then one of my friends is dealing with personal and medical matters that could aggravate it and needs to take it day by day. Realizing that, I sent an email out, explaining my circumstances of cancelling it completely, hopefully getting a refund, but nothing. I then decide to call the phone number listed on the company website and proceed to ask about cancelling, potential refund, while also explaining the circumstances I am dealing with, etc. The person on the phone, and I could hear him for the most part, said they cannot do that, and you can't really cancel but can reschedule another day or wait/reschedule up to 6 months (I couldn't really make out what he said, but something along those lines). This is disrespectful and really shameful because not everyone can afford to come back in 6 months, or just come in on another random day, when traveling already costs a lot to begin with. I do think that it is really shameful that there could be customers who could encounter much worse case scenarios/circumstances, and for a company not being able to accommodate compensation of some sort when inquiring to cancel. I hope someone from the company can respond to this for some clarity and answers.
