点评：Only the massage was relaxing. I was surprised at the rundown condition of the facility. In the women's locker room and lounges the white leather seating was coming apart. The lounge chairs were low to the ground but the ottomans were higher. The floor was dirty. The jacuzzi wasn't in order. The women's lounge had a tv and a kid's show on it. I immediately shut it off as it's supposed to be a quiet space. My masseuse although friendly greeted me loudly and continued as such as we walked toward the treatment room. Not a chill vibe. Walking towards my treatment room there were battery-powered candles lining the hallway but some of them were out. Looked tacky. In the co-ed lounge, the views were lovely but interrupted by an alarm going off in a treatment room that after 10+ minutes of hearing it, I finally had to walk to the front desk to alert them. I did appreciate the post-treatment mimosa but they didn't have orange juice so it was served with cranberry juice. I was underwhelmed at the offerings in the lounge. There were only 2 types of tea bags offered. No staff came back to check on the people in the room. Customer service was minimal. For the price of services, I would expect more attention to detail and an elevated experience.
