点评：We came in the afternoon so didn't get to experience much but the bad press seems overkill.
We did the Santa visit which meant yes we were stood in a queue for a while but they had reindoor food station, X's and o's and a good tester to try before cooking in. So the wait wasn't too bad.
Rushed off to get food after due to car troubles within the party we'd not eaten before as planned. But a staff member told us they're shutting the kitchen soon. (2:45) So we hurried off to order and the lady at the till told us the kitchen was shut. So I explained we'd been told it was shutting soon just a moment ago. She sent a young lady to go check and they said it was fine still thankfully.
Really enjoyed the food.
Had a short amount of time to play on jumping pillow outside.
Gingerbread cabin was shut at 2:30 but the lady at soft play desk was kind enough to give us one to decorate at home.
Can't comment on animals, I can imagine you'd be able to spend the day here. There's lots of outside space and activities so a great place for warmer weather.
