Disappointing and not as advertised.
The Pink Pig Farm的点评
点评：We booked on the unicorns and dragons week with our 10 year old, 3 year old and 7 month old baby. Our 3 year old especially was super excited to meet the unicorn.
On arrival we were checked in and given wrist bands and let through the gate into the soft play. Having been before we knew where everything was and was looking forward to the additional unicorn and dragon fun advertised. However in the almost 4 hours we were there we never saw either a unicorn or a dragon mascot. When walking through to where the "farm" and bouncy dome is we saw the field that should have had the archery in, however it was closed. There was no staff nearby to ask why, the gate was just closed. We never saw the jousting and presumably this was also in the closed field? We didn't see the advertised unicorn ring toss either (presumably also in the closed field?) The only thing we saw different to a normal visit was some hobby horses and a dragon in the woods. I could go on about the other lacking features about the place, but having already emailed Sally about that and not getting any further I won't bother. Sally's response to our complaint was that the staff would have told us on arrival that the mascots were only appearing at 12.30 and 2.30 and that archery closed at 2pm. This clearly wasn't told to us otherwise we wouldn't have had upset children missing all the things we had told them was going to be there. I told her there was 3 adults in our group and none of us were told there was times on anything. She said everyone is told, I refuse to argue any further about this. I don't pay the amount of money charged to come to an event day to then purposely miss everything, who would?!
I wouldn't advise going to an event day here in the future and we certainly won't be returning now.

抵达后，我们办理了入住手续，拿到了腕带，然后穿过大门进入了软体游乐场。之前来过这里，我们很熟悉所有设施的位置，并且期待着宣传中提到的独角兽和龙的乐趣。然而，在将近4个小时的时间里，我们既没看到独角兽也没看到龙的吉祥物。当我们走到“农场”和充气球馆的时候，我们看到了应该进行射箭比赛的场地，但它却关闭了。附近没有工作人员可以询问原因，大门只是关闭了而已。我们也没看到马上长矛比武，想必这也是在关闭的场地进行的吧？我们也没看到宣传中的独角兽套圈游戏（想必也是在关闭的场地进行的吧？）。我们看到的唯一与平常参观不同的是一些木马和树林里的一条龙。我还可以继续说这个地方其他的不足之处，但既然已经给Sally发邮件了，却没有得到任何回复，我就不说了。Sally对我们投诉的回复是，工作人员会在我们到达时告诉我们，吉祥物只会在12:30和2:30出现，射箭场在下午2点结束。这显然是他们没有告诉我们的，否则我们的孩子就不会因为错过了我们告诉他们的所有活动而感到沮丧了。我告诉她我们一行有三个成年人，但没有人告诉我们任何活动的具体时间。她说每个人都被告知了，我不想再争论这件事了。我不会花那么多钱来参加活动，然后故意错过所有活动，谁会这样做呢？！我不会建议以后再去参加这里的活动，我们现在肯定不会再来了。
