点评：We recently did the 4-hour self-drive boat hire with Loch Lomond Leisure and had a wonderful time exploring the loch and its islands. The location is absolutely stunning — a must-visit if you're in the area!
When we arrived, there was a delay to the start of our trip, but the staff were very polite, friendly, and professional throughout. The safety briefing was excellent — clear, thorough, and reassuring, especially for those less familiar with boats. You can tell they take safety seriously while still keeping the mood relaxed and enjoyable.
Although our trip was initially cut short due to a scheduling overlap, we really appreciated that the team listened to our feedback and offered a goodwill gesture afterwards, which showed great customer care.
We’re looking forward to returning to try another activity next time — maybe kayaking! Thanks again to the team for helping us make the most of a special day on Loch Lomond.
