A Great Overview of My Hometown's History!
The Fort Steuben Visitor Center and Museum Shop的点评
点评：While visiting from out of town, I went to City Hall to pay the water bill for my dad who lives here, and thought, what the heck, I'll head across the street to see the Fort. Though I am a Steubenville native, I had never been there, and I was surprised and pleased at the wonderful, multi-cultural and supremely interesting displays that met my eyes! This is truly a first-rate attraction for all, especially those who are interested in the history of this area. I think that even those who thought they knew it all --like me-- will learn something new here!
The staff is friendly and welcoming and there is a lovely gift shop/book store adjacent, with a variety of titles, including some by local authors. I purchased a few, including one by a former high school classmate.
So my advice to tourists and townies alike is: Stop in to the Fort! You'll be glad you did.
