桑科体育场的点评
点评：Extremely disappointing experience at Suncorp Stadium.
I arrived early and did everything right as a patron, yet still missed the most important part of the concert — the artist coming on stage — due to severe mismanagement and delayed gate openings. This wasn’t just an inconvenience; it completely took away the excitement and emotional moment that people pay for when attending a major concert.
The response from Stadium Management was essentially that the show went ahead and therefore no refunds would be issued. That misses the point entirely. We didn’t pay just to eventually get inside — we paid for the full experience, which includes the opening moments that were lost due to poor organisation.
For a venue of this size and reputation, crowd control and entry planning should be far better. Sadly, this experience fell well below expectations, and I’ll think twice before attending another major event here.
