Lovely l, relaxing day out with a friend

点评：I’d read differing reviews of this spa, so was a bit apprehensive before arrival.
I booked for myself and my friend as a birthday treat. There was a special offer of bring a friend for free, so I paid £140 for the day for the both of us. We arrived just after 9 am and checked in. We were shown around by lovely lady who, after our tour pointed us in the direction of breakfast. Breakfast was a small spread but had fruit, croissants and yoghurt plus tea and coffee - it was constantly restocked while we were there. After that we spent just over an hour in the gym which was very well equipped.
There were a lot of people at the spa but it didn’t appear to be too busy in any of the areas. We went in the pool, sauna and steam room. We managed to find beds whenever we wanted them. Lunch was amazing, the food was delicious and I couldn’t fault anything.
We did buy drinks which were quite expensive, but I think that’s to be expected somewhere like this.
We were there for eight hours in total and had a lovely day. We will definitely return again.
