Wheelchair accessible, unbelievably beautiful, carefully renovated!
Taymouth Castle的点评
点评：My daughter invited me along as her guest to a Discovery employee bbq at Taymouth Castle.
During this event, not only were we provided with a host of fun outdoor and indoor activities, wood fired pizzas, burgers and ice cream, but we were allowed the privilege of self guided tours around the newly renovated castle….just wow!
We were asked not to publish photographs online as I am sure there will be a big reveal in time and I will honour that but believe me, my goodness, it is absolutely outstanding!
The castle has been restored to its full glory and so much more, with carefully thought out furniture pieces that make you feel like you have went back in time and yet can sit and enjoy your surroundings.
The castle was fully wheelchair accessible from the car park to the turrets could move without a fuss. The exterior of the castle was carefully paved making it very easy to manoeuvre around in a wheelchair for the outdoor activities.
It really was a very special day visiting Taymouth Castle today and I am so grateful to Discovery for allowing us to experience the castle in such an intimate way, it was an unforgettable experience. The work you have done is exceptional and to put on such a special event for your employees and their families is such a kind thing to do and very much appreciated.
I cannot wait to see this fully open and enjoyed by many for years and years to come!
