Donnelle is the best!

点评：We did the Grand Rooms Tour (ADA) with Donnelle. She sure knew her history and was a delight! We hadn't been on an adventure with my mother-in-law in a number of years and didn't realize she had trouble walking. We had originally booked the Grand Rooms Tour for 3 people, but not ADA. When we arrived at the visitor center there was one more ticket left for the ADA tour. We wanted my mother-in-law to do the tour, even if not with us. She came all the way from Ohio! We were allowed to switch the regular ticket for the ADA ticket.
At the beginning of the tour Donnelle came and got me and my husband. We thought something was wrong! It turns out the other people that had booked the ADA tour were not truly in need of it like my mother-in-law. They could go up and down stairs, no problem. That was not the case for my mother-in-law. She asked them to join the regular tour so we could be with my mother-in-law. It was such a special tour. We have memories that will last a lifetime. My mother-in-law was so happy to have us with her and experience the castle with her. Thank you, Donnelle!
