Very disappointed
Harry Hopman/Saddlebrook International Tennis的点评
点评：We have been coming to Saddlebrook twice a year for the last three years. The Pros are excellent and once you find one, you tend to stick with that person as they know your game and you can pick up where you left off.
Complaint #1, they apparently fired the heart of their program which was very very disappointing. Bill made sure you were getting exactly what you needed and he is an excellent coach. To let him go was a HUGE mistake as the program is a hot mess without him.
Complaint #2, if a customer asks for a specific coach, they should get that coach OR be told he is not available! Again, you request that person because you worked with them a few times before and things they helped you improve upon can be refreshed and then you move on to more advanced drills.
Our last trip may have been our last trip. I really like all of the coaches and have walked away with things from each of them but when I ask for someone, don't screw me over and expect me to come back.
