Horrible Stay Away. Waste of money and happiness

点评：Terrible experience. We drove from Atlanta heading to the beach. Our kids 6 and 3 were so excited. They love animals. However our experience was far less than satisfactory. I would give negative stars if I could. First I was in a horrible car crash. Which me left unable to walk long distance. Trying to get a wheel chair was an experience for my wife. First you don’t put wheel chairs on the opposite side of the park from the entrance. What sense does that make? Then only take cash. Really!? Wake up and join the 21st century. Then the big thing. We bought tickets so our children could ride the train and see as much of the park and animals as we could. Well what we were not told was the train stopped running at 4 sharp. No signage. Nothing. We get to train and we are told that’s our last run of the day. The look on my Autistic son’s face broke our hearts. Our 3 year old
Was upset also. To me that is greatest disrespect any family friendly place can do. Wife was beyond upset. Of course no refunds. Spent over $100 on this place. I didn’t even get to see everything. Neither did my son. I regret having to wait for a wheelchair. I should have just tried to walk with severe pain and just suffered. So much for empathy and family friendly. I’m telling you stay away from here. Definitely not disabled friendly if you ask me. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money. The Atlanta Zoo and Chattanooga Zoo are far superior not only in service but atmosphere.
