点评：This golf course could be so much better. It's absolutely stunning but there were a lot of things that just seemed to not fit with the grandeur of the course. Worth playing for just for the amazing scenery.
First of all, when you drive up, there is all kinds of construction debris piled up and it looks terrible. Looks like it has been dumped there for a while.
The practice areas are mediocre. Driving range has 200 yard limit. Inexplicable to be designed this way, considering they have a ton of land. Practice bunker was very hard sand. Had a good chipping area.
No GPS on the carts and this is a mistake since this is a very, very tricky course. Mesquite Nevada area is very windy. We had 30 mph wind gusts. Had to yell sometimes to hear each other. Bring a hat or visor with a strap.

5-1/2 hour round. We didn't like the greens. They were slow.
All the cartpaths had curbs on both sides, which made it very hard for anyone who wanted to go around another cart. It just seemed really dumb. And most of the fairways were fenced off with ropes even though it wasn't cartpath only, which made it longer and made NO sense. A really irritating feature was that the cart path signs made you jump off the cart SO far back. Made it really hard to know your yardages for wedge shots.
