点评:We visited Blue Lagoon with our baby (under 2 years old) and abided by the rules, keeping her beside us by the pool. Then a female staff member stopped me and demanded I strip every single piece of clothing off my baby before leaving the changing room — meaning she expected my infant to be completely naked outdoors, in 14 °C weather, in public view.
This was humiliating, unsafe, and absolutely unacceptable. At the same time, I saw multiple adults outside fully dressed, clearly posing for photos.
When I complained afterward, the Blue Lagoon support team responded with some of the most dismissive replies I have ever received:
• They ignored the core issue — that a staff member instructed me to expose my baby naked outside.
• They claimed “special exceptions” are sometimes granted, but none was offered in my case.
• They tried to brush off the contradiction by insisting the clothed adults I saw were “staff members” — which is blatantly false.
• Even after I pushed back, their second reply still failed to acknowledge the seriousness of what was done to a baby and continued to deny obvious facts.
This is not a misunderstanding. It is abusive treatment toward children followed by dishonest, dismissive customer support. Families deserve to know how this facility operates before deciding whether to visit.
