点评:I've been here a few times. Some of the good-most staff genuinely tries their best to help. The place is acoustically perfect. Sightlines hit the good and bad notes as if you are seated on the left or right edge and there is a largish band set up closer to the back of the stage, you will not see most of the band at all. Be aware of this design flaw.
Recently went, some ushers had no idea where my seats were, and another usher said 'I don't know, you will have to sit wherever's left' when presented with tickets for back row handicap seats I'd specifically purchased, and people were sitting in my seats. Another usher said 'walk down the long steep flight of stairs to the stage area, cross that section and then walk all the way back up the next stairs to the back row" On crutches? When my seats are literally ten feet away, you want me to travel fifty yards?
Not easy to park anywhere near it without extensive walking. Leaving the theater is a nightmare on a 'Great White in Providence' level of crowding as the whole venue vies for a couple of small elevators and no other options to get out-would be a nightmare in an emergency evacuation.
Plan ahead and you will be fine.
