点评：My wife’s wallet was stolen inside La Grande Épicerie, and the entire situation was handled in the most disturbing and suspicious way imaginable.
Security was completely unhelpful—they refused to show any camera footage, acted indifferent, and treated the entire incident like a minor inconvenience. It felt like they had seen this happen before and didn’t care, or worse, were possibly complicit in some kind of organized scam targeting shoppers. It was total chaos, and no one made any effort to help us or follow up.
Adding insult to injury, we were told—by security personnel—that her wallet had been stolen before we even entered the store. That’s an outrageous claim, almost laughable if it weren’t so serious. It felt like they were trying to wash their hands of responsibility rather than investigate or assist.
A luxury food hall like this should have top-tier security and professionalism—not shady behavior and a total lack of accountability. This experience has left us deeply shaken and furious, and we strongly urge others to be extremely cautious if visiting this place.
