Rode home discussing Santas Village vs Disney World and couldn't decide

点评：This place has such a positive, happy, friendly vibe. We went last weekend with my daughters (10 and 16) and my 16yo's friend. The crowds are minimal so rides are easy to go on multiple times. They did the bigger roller coaster a lot actually. My little one was the only one in the water park because of the cold and the attendants were just SO sweet with her. This place has the vibe like if your favorite grandma owned a theme park and all her friends worked there with special instructions to be super nice to you.
The rides are fun. My girls like adrenaline rides and there really aren't many of those but the coaster is just big enough to be fun for everyone. We did the chimney drop a bunch, the swings once, lost count on the coaster, the water park, the 3d movie, the humbug, the sky sleigh, the tube slide thing, the old cars, the fire tower, etc. I think everything except the Avalanch and the teacups, oh and we missed the light show.
My overall feeling is that this place is NOT a cash-grab by some corporation (cough, cough, Storyland, cough). You really feel like they intentionally keep prices as low as they can to still make a few bucks but give everyone a great time. For example, they have free on-site dog kennels (that I wish we knew about sooner). Food is completely reasonable and so is the gift shop. I do wish they had a few healthier food options and our herbivore friend had pretty limited choices (although the sun butter and jelly sandwich was REALLY good).
Just go. You'll love it no matter your age.
