点评：The worst Lounge of my life!
I have never seen a lounge as terrible as the Golden Lounge. It’s an absolute disaster from start to finish.
• Overcrowded and disorganized: Dozens of people are just standing around doing nothing, creating chaos and making the experience unpleasant for everyone.
• Dirty and poorly maintained: The lounge is filthy, with no effort to keep the area clean or hygienic.
• Horrible food: The food is absolutely appalling, not fit for consumption. It’s shocking that this is what they offer to their guests.
• Non-functional outlets: Most of the power outlets don’t work, and the ones that do are outdated and can’t accommodate modern devices. Charging a phone is almost impossible.
• Unprofessional staff: It’s embarrassing to see the amount of staff spending their time glued to their phones or wandering aimlessly. They contribute nothing to improving the situation.
• Closed facilities: The bar has been closed for ages, adding to the disappointment.
• Rude noodle station attendant: The person preparing noodles is downright rude and unhelpful.
This lounge is a disgrace. Avoid it at all costs. It’s a complete waste of time .. and money if you paid... TERRIBLE.
