点评:We brought a group of assisted living residents for a 2 hour scenic train ride. I spoke to the company multiple times over email and phone and was assured that it was a very senior citizen and persons with disabilities friendly experience. I totally disagree. The ticket purchasing process asked if I needed special assistance with our residents and I said no ( because I was told it was a zero entry train ride with the 1st class tickets (which is why I upgraded to them), not that I had to request it to be one), but we discovered after a VERY chaotic check in process with no clear rules and standing outside in the wind and cold on very lumpy and steep varied terrain for over 30 minutes that we were expected to climb into the train on stairs (basically a metal ladder). OR we could walk around the entire train after standing for so long and utilize the zero entry method. It's a MIRACLE nobody was hurt. Never again with this population.
