点评:I recently went with a group to the Golden Gate Highlands Hotel, run by SanParks
From the 6 rooms our group occupied, half had problems
In my room the air condition did not work, wich ment the room, badly insulted by a not proper closing glass sliding door was icy cold! Furthermore, my bedside lights were broken, and after getting into the bath in darkness, I found the tap completely loose and on the brink of breaking!
The promised wifi also did not exist!
My fellow travelers did not fare much better.
Worst though, when I reported the broken air on, I was told they are aware of the fact the air on is not working.
The same with most of the other complaints!
San parks takes top dollar from overseas guest, however the standard and service is shocking. If San park is not capable of keeping its facilities in order, then privatise or charge or refund accordingly.
