点评：Working at Santon Sands Golf Club was one of the most disappointing job experiences I’ve had. From the very beginning, I was treated with a clear lack of respect and appreciation. Management created a toxic environment where bullying, favoritism, and poor communication were the norm.
There was no support for staff, and concerns brought up were either ignored or dismissed outright. Hard work was rarely acknowledged, while certain employees were allowed to behave unprofessionally without consequence. I often felt belittled, undervalued, and overworked, with little regard for basic respect or fairness.
The club may look impressive from the outside, but behind the scenes, the work environment was demoralizing and unhealthy. No job is worth being treated like you’re disposable, and I would strongly caution others before considering employment here.
Pros:
• Beautiful setting (though it doesn’t make up for the treatment)
Cons:
• Toxic management
• No respect for employees
