Great experience but just too busy !
The Broads National Park的点评
点评：Having just returned from our first boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads, I felt that I had to complete a review to make travellers aware of the good and bad points of this type of holiday.
Good Points
- Uniquely amazing and relaxing experience when cruising around and when able to moor up for the night.
- Loads of unusual wildlife and spectacular scenery.
- Great country pubs selling wonderful meals
Bad Points
- Total lack of suitable mooring sites for the number and sizes of boats present. This makes planned visits very difficult and results in most popular mooring sites being full of boats by early afternoon.
- Private boat owners are rude and resentful to holiday makers.
- River signage, where present, is small or very poor, loads of private moorings unmarked.
Overall, we did enjoy the holiday, however, if we were to return, it would be at a less popular time of year and with a smaller size of boat.
