点评：I was there today 17th August 2024 with my family and my son’s friends.
Booked and paid €225 as a deposit in advance and the rest would be paid on the day.
The staff named Stacey rang us first to say we were book to 12pm and not 1pm and also saying we haven’t paid anything.
She was extremely ignorant and not helpful.
We arrived at the place proving her with bank statement that it was paid and she insisted saying it was not, and agreed that if we wanted we could call the Garda’s.
It was an embarrassment situation😡 as she was raising her voice in front of everybody that was there 😠, we then told her to charge €1 in our card and showed the payment was exactly the same as the €225, still she did nothing to help saying the time of our booking was 1pm even tho she rang us 11:48am saying our booking was at 12pm, note that during the week we rang to confirm our booking at 1pm for go karting and paintball afterwards.
Such a mess and embarrassment.
After proving her we paid she said she could only refund our money and at any moment she did not agreed she was wrong and did not tried to reverse the situation or offer us anything at all.
Literally ruined our day and the boys as they were excited to have a nice day out. At one point I tough maybe we been scammed and going through bank statement, phone call because she kept saying we paid nothing and booked for a different time.
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation.
Never again will go or recommend this place to a friend or anybody.

再也不会去或向朋友或任何人推荐这个地方了。
