Disorganised and Disappointing Kids Birthday Party Experience

点评：I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled after this experience. I’ve visited Kartworld several times in the past, but unfortunately, this visit for my child’s birthday was a complete letdown. We booked Package 3 (sumo wrestling, laser tag, and karting) at €50 per child and had our time slots confirmed by email. Despite this, Kartworld double-booked another party at the same time, leaving our group waiting around for 30 minutes, not an easy task with a large group of kids.
When we finally got to the karts, things only went downhill. The karts were unreliable and poorly maintained, five of them broke down during the 30-minute session. In one instance, the replacement kart given to a child also broke down shortly after, leaving the child extremely upset. It was a complete farce.
To make matters worse, the so-called “manager” was rude, dismissive, and seemed to have no understanding of customer service. His attitude turned what should have been a fun day into a frustrating and disappointing experience.
I would strongly advise against attending this facility. There are far better-organised and customer-focused venues out there. Kartworld needs a serious rethink in how it manages bookings, equipment, and most importantly its approach to customers.
