Much less time in Bruges due to poor navigation choices.No response to emails from Crosskeys.Appalling customer service. Eurosta

点评：Had high expectations and hooes for the day trip, as had wanted to visit the Christmas markets for many years!
Had emailed for detailed itinerary timings. Was advised 5.5 hours in Bruges, sona decent chunk of time to enjoy the beauty of Bruges!
Hour delay at Eurotunnel couldn't be helped. But there were no adjustments made to the planned return trip time.
After the delay, the driver drove significantly below the speed permitted, and we saw all of the other coaches on our train sail past us on the roads to Bruges.
Looking at multiple navigation as we were driving, the maps showed traffic accurately. At every point where there were options of which route to take, the driver opted for the routes with extensive traffic. These choices cost us dearly.
Whilst we were stuck in these traffic jams, I emailed Crosskeys, hoping that there may be some amendments to the return journey. I have received no reply to this email nor my chaser email requesting a response.
We ended up with less than 3hrs 45mins, rather than the promised 5.5 hrs in Bruges. Now bearing in mind, it's a 40-minute round-trip from the drop-off point. This literally left us with 3 hours in Bruges at £75 a person! Nor is this element made clear I'm any of the advertising.
Crosskeys also had not booked a coach parking space! Insult to injury was that all of the other Crosskeys coaches were there long before us!
Rather than supporting a local firm, I will return to using Eurostar.
