点评:My wife and I travelled with Crosskeys to Jersey. It was an overnight travel from Dover to Poole with pickups en-route. They sent a Rep for the week. The coach itself although new, didn't have the most comfortable seats. On arrival at the hotel and throughout the week, we're not quite sure why the rep was there. He didn't go to each table to chat with everyone. On arrival at tours, no thought about obtaining the tickets for entry into places (at the War Tunnels the island driver suggested he get the tickets and everyone to remain on the coach) Previously everyone just wandered off with no idea when to return to the coaches. Although he stated he'd done the trip before, he never advised the customers where the local bus stop was / how to access the town from the hotel etc). We were OK but there were some elderly and solo travellers who I'm sure would have enjoyed some interaction. Towards the end of the week, I did say that we were considering catching the ferry to Guernsey and joining the tour arriving on the Saturday we were leaving. He didn't suggest that he'd contact the company on our behalf to see if it were possible. Not a great advert for customer service. On the final night, he didn't think about arranging a whip round for the hotel staff. Finally, the coach driver who brought us back (Duncan) was very good. He included a H&S briefing ie. exits from the coach should it be required in an emerging. This wasn't announced on the journey down to Poole.
